I can place a calculation in a repeatable area (repeating over /FB), the operation of which is dependent on whether a specific field is filled and the print is succesful.
However, if I change the precondition to check the value of that same variable, the print model may compile, but still shows an error message when attempting to print with that same test document:
Is this a known bug within the print engine?
Hello @jasper-silent-root , there are some issues related to calculations and using the FieldFilled in the precondition (in print engine) already filed. Could you, please, specify, which version of A12 you are using?
2023.06 ext-5 Can you point me to the other filed issues? Because they might be bugs that affect me, but I haven’t identified yet.
So there is the ticket A12-15833 but I am not sure it is exactly the same issue (it affects an older version). I have already reached out to the PE team and they are looking into the topic and should respond soon.
@jasper-silent-root I have tested the problem you mentioned with my local setup and models and cannot reproduce it.
I think at this point we need all the models and test data from your side. But for this the discourse is not the right place anymore. Can you please create an A12 Overall Bug Ticket in Jira with all the models and test data?
After that, I will take a look into this topic again.
