I’ve a CFM with the Table List for representing my Relationship. When i click multiple times on my entity in my OM, my Table List will not be shown anymore. I also saw an “Error-Action” in the Redux-Tools.

Does someone experience the same error, so i can exclude that this is just my problem ?

i could also reproduce it with the normal submit button, see in the following video:
I shouldn’t have any custom code at this point, so is this problem known and can someone reproduce it ?
I will test it on a fresh project template

I had a slightly different issue a couple months ago where (quickly) double-clicking the “add” button in a CFM Table list would open the form for the associated child activtiy twice. This has since been fixed but maybe the fix resulted in the behavior you’re observing? Or this actually the same bug but in a different context?
It seems like I can’t link to the A12 Jira here but the ticket number was A12-15987
