I am trying to build my first print model, based on a CDM.
My print model only references fields from that specific CDM, but the Print Model Preview does not show any of my CDM-instances to select.
The print model consists of a single segment, and has my CDM as a Document Model Reference.
The roles and locals are the same as in my CDM.
Does anyone recognize the problem and has a solution for me?

How did you create the test instances for your CDM? Are they visible under the “data/document” entry in the SME explorer?

so, one instance of my CDM consists of 3 different DMs.
I’ve created the test instance by filling out my form via the Preview App and saving it afterwards.
When using the SME-Build-In-Preview, only one instance is created out of the CDM, and I can select it in my print model.
And yes, I can see the instances in my data/documents and data/links folders.
Is it possible to print a CDM instance consisting of multiple instances?

Workspace Data management for CDMs is currently not supported in the SME (and the Print Model Editor).
So it is not possible to have a CDD created from the individual child documents and links in the SME.
The download feature in the SME should only download the root document + child documents individually and keep them with their respective individual Document Model.
The Form, Content or Print Model Editor Previews can only access those individual documents that are linked to the individual Document Models. There is no support for CDMs yet.
