in 2023.06 we used a “Dependent Group“ with the feature to clear all fields in this group. In 2024.06 this feature is no more available, only the option “Display“ is available under Dependent Behavior.

You’re right. This feature was removed in the breaking change that came with 2024.06. This is documented in the Form Engine Migration Guide.
We also gave recommendations in the Modeling Release Presentation for 2024.06.
As there is no direct replacement for this feature, the recommendation is to model Dependent Fields for all the Fields in the Group and use a Value Dependency to set the value to empty.
There is no automatic migration provided for this and these changes should be performed manually.
