Cron job Calender setup and manual executions

in my A12 project we want to schedule a cron job running on the 3th of every 3th month
The date of the execution could vary because of holidays, weekends. We create a time table for the next 4 years.

How can I setup this schedule in A12. I read I can use quartz.Calendar and exclude some dates, but I’ll appreciate your experience and best practice?
Is there a way to trigger, stop, reschedule cron jobs during runtime?

HI,

to run every 3rd day of every 3 month we need to use Quartz expressions 0 0 12 3 1/3 ? *
Now I am finding out, how to run 4th or 5th in case of holiday or weekend as well as triggering, restarting and reschduling jobs.
