We have a big and complex form in a BAP form engine view, including several detached repeats. And I was wondering if there is a solution “out there” in order to improve usability and user orientation by outsourcing the detached repeat to a detail view?
You would have the main form in a master view, and for each detached repeat - instead of replacing the main form with the detached form - a detail view would slide in. As soon as the detached repeat is saved (or canceld) the detail view would slide out and you’re back at the master form.
