Why the icon ⊘ is shown on the form-engine while saving data?

Hi all.
Do you know why the icon ⊘ is shown on the form-engine while saving data? Can we get rid of it?

Due to improved accessibility, changing the color on the browser will display the icon for the indicator type of table row (disabled, success, or info row). We will create a ticket to fix this issue.
