Is there a maven BOM that defines all versions for the components of an a12 release?
Currently, whenever I update I have to carefully study the release table at GetA12 to find out which component versions make up the general A12 release.
Isn’t this what a maven BOM is supposed to be used for? It would be much easier to just update a single version that pulls in the BOM which defines all other versions.
(I guess the question is more like “Why isn’t there such a BOM” 
Even the project template defines versions individually.)
The topic of an A12 bom also came up in recent discussions in the A12 development team.
In the past, there already had been some effort in this direction. The decision back then was to provide the A12 component libraries in bundles for simpler maintanence, but this was not really lasting and consistent and is also not state of the art. Maybe this was the simplest solution, that didn’t require much coordination.
We would be happy to get a requirement ticket for an A12 bom from an A12 customer project.
So, could you maybe create one? I can imagine there are a couple of projects that would like to have it.
