Halo,

  1. Could you provide more details about how custom icons can be added to the platform? It is specified succinctly that it is possible here.

We tried adding them by extending the already existent font-family “custom-icons”, but they aren’t added into CUSTOM_ICONS.

  1. Is it possible to replace the out-of-the-box icons (custom icons, material icons) with those added at step 1?

We wanted to do this using the Icon Mapping Context but realized that it might be impossible to replace material icons with custom ones, or even existing custom ones with newly added custom ones (because the newly added ones are not present in CUSTOM_ICONS)

  1. Can the icons added at step 1 be made visible to Simple Model Editor?

Hi @m.stepniewski ,
1 & 3. Custom icons are icons created by A12 and not part of material icons library. However they have to be created and add to the custom-icons font before it can be used. If you have only few icons in SVG please file a ticket and we can add it to the platform.
2. Replace material icons with custom ones is currently not possible, but can be by extending the Icon Mapping Context to include a replacement icon theme, please file a requirement :slight_smile:
