Having to see the LDAP IDs beside posts makes it more difficult to recognize people. Could this please be changed to see the real names of the authors?
Could you try to go to your profile https://discourse.geta12.com/u/[your_user_name]/preferences/account then change it in Name textbox.
The username isn’t allowed to contain spaces. But there already is a name field in my user profile. Can’t this be used as the displayed name instead?
