We have some inline-repeat elements in the form and noticed that we can only delete the last item. If we try to delete the first item, it clears the data but leaves an empty row (as shown in the attachment). We haven’t done any customization for it, so I think the issue might be due to the modeling. Could someone help check if we missed anything or if this is a known bug?

I have checked in several client showcases.
The issue is reproducible in 14.6.0, which is your current client version.
Looks like it has been resolved in 14.7.1, which is the latest client version of release 2023.06.
I couldn’t determine when the issue was resolved, so if you cannot update the client to version 14.7.1 directly, please try out 14.6.3 as well.
