We have a BAP application in our insurance project where the customer wants better insight into actual usage.
“Fullstory” or “SalesViewer” are two tools that were mentioned.
Is there a project that has experience with integrating analytics into an A12 application?
I suspect the technical integration of such a tool will not be that hard, but that it will be some work to augment the application to provide sensible data because of A12 specifics.
Would be great to hear some actual stories about this, though.
In our project the customer portal uses google analytics. But we integrated it at very specific points. There should be a more general way to do it. It might be better to take a look at how to integrate your web analytics in general in react/redux applications.
I’m also not sure how well such tools work if you don’t have some sophisticated routing implemented in your application.

As far as I know that the PI (Project Information) project uses charts widgets from A12 widgets, to represent some tracked data on the application, you can use the charts widgets (Bar, Line, Pie) to represent the data after applying the operations you want.
