i downloaded the installer and tried installing the newest versions of the a12 tools but there is an error displayed at the end. Tools seem to be installed but some shortcuts are not created and i didn’t test if everything works as expected

I have heard of the same issue before, when the installer was left in the download folder. It worked when the installer was moved to the folder where you want to install your tools.
If this does not work, can you please specify which operating system you use and from where you downloaded the installer?
Please make sure to use the 202206.4.0 installer version linked in this post. This installer version will also be available on geta12.com in the near future.
The 202206.4.0 installer is now available on geta12 as normal.
